• 30 Days FREE - All monitoring and live chat packages qualify to receive 30 days of FREE service when you purchase more than 12 months of service.

• 90 Day Evaluation - Each new client's website undergoes a 90 day program evaluation to determine if the correct WebRecept pricing plan is adequately addressing your unique visitor traffic volume. After that time, WebRecept will present options for your account that will maximize your live chat investment.

• Roll-Over - Pricing packages are billed every 30 days. Keep in mind that WebRecept does roll-over the unused chat sessions paid in the previous month to your next calendar month.
